An avid athlete, Carrie has completed 11 Ironman competitions and typically skis more than 1 million vertical feet each winter. It's not unusual for her to invite partners to brainstorm during a hike, a bike ride, a chairlift conference, or a beach walk. She divides her time among Montana, Colorado, and Florida.
