Driven by a passion for Africa’s transformation, Dayo serves as the Director of Youth & Tech. Innovation for Africa at Heifer International. In this role, he leverages technology and strategic partnerships to empower the next generation of agricultural innovators, aiming to eradicate hunger and stimulate economic growth.
This effort has resulted in the unlocking of strong home-grown technological innovations and youth programs into country missions that are impacting millions of farmers to produce and earn more; while creating thousands of tech-enabled rural jobs for the African youth. He has also successfully forged high-impact collaborations with global organizations such as Mastercard, contributing to initiatives aimed at digitally empowering 100 million households.
Prior to his work in the non-profit sector, Dayo was a leader in the Africa finance sector, driving digital transformation and financial inclusion across 20 African markets. He is also credited with launching one of Africa’s first Bank-Telco partnership products in closing the digital gap for financially excluded populations.
Dayo remains a leading voice in the effort to transform Africa through innovation and social impact.
